He Lives!

As previously reported, Plum, my stateside dog, needed surgery for his torn ligament. Well, as of Thursday, he got it. Captain Leche reports that Plum's surgery went off just fine and as a bonus, he didn't bite anyone. This is how Plum looks during his convalescence:



As you can see, Plum is sporting the ever-fashionable 'ham leg' look for the '08 summer season. In about 2 weeks Plum will be ready to begin physical therapy and then can resume his interrupted ice skating career. The dream lives on!
